Terms & Conditions
Last updated 12 July 2026
These terms cover your use of this website, the waitlist and the demo environment. Plain language, no surprises.
1. Agreement
By accessing this website, joining the waitlist, or using the demo, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. “CVET”, “we” and “us” refer to CVET, an independent, early-stage project.
2. What we offer here
This site is informational: it describes the CVET product, lets you join a waitlist, and provides access to a demo environment for evaluation. It is an early-stage offering and is provided “as is” while we build.
3. Eligibility
The site is intended for business users aged 16 or over. By using it you confirm you meet this.
4. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or demo;
- upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- reverse-engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law;
- use the demo with real secrets or sensitive production data — it is for evaluation only.
5. Demo & beta
The demo is shared, may be reset or taken offline at any time, and may contain example data. Do not rely on it for production use or store anything confidential in it.
6. Intellectual property
The CVET name, branding, site content and product are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except where allowed by law.
7. No warranty
The site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle data and form part of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the project develops; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
